#edit: just adding these tags cause i’m still thinking about it but ljke#among many things#i saw a post on their blog saying some pretty gross stuff about leelah alcorn#her death pretty freaking heavily affected me#i barely understood what being transgender even meant up to that point and my first exposure to it was reading her suicide note#and subsequently all the news articles that came out because of it#i read and read and read and taught myself all about it because i realized this was a horrible reality that some people lived#i didn’t realize i was NB till gosh.. almost 8 years later?#point being though FUCK anyone who tries to misgender leelah alcorn#FUCK anyone who tries to pick into her death to prove an anti trans agenda#people like that are so fucking sick
