during her early days of being an actress, judith caught the eye of one of del sol valley's top directors, maxwell leighton. maxwell immediately fell head over heels in love with judith, proposing to her after only 5 months of dating. judith's career was skyrocketing at an impressive feat thanks to her adoring hubby. after a few years, the ward-leightons welcomed a baby girl into their family, alexis. unfortunately, judith and maxwell entered a very turbulent phase in their relationship which resulted in a divorce.
