#i went to the drs about my back pain and they were like ‘do this PT you’ve probably slipped a disc’#so i do the PT. the pain gets exponentially worse#i discover that my grandmother and my uncle (blood related) both have Missing Spinal Discs#not degenerative just straight up missing#the pt is making everything worse#cant get in contact with my gp because im 19 and ‘able bodied’#and obviously 19 year olds cant have chronic pain or fatigue or whatever#i dont have the spoons to chase it up but i dont have the spoons to continue on Like This#my god
