Louis is always at a well-known tourist trap and I don't understand why. It's almost giving party boy like he was right before baby gate when he wanted to be seen out and about. There are tons of private bars in LA so it makes no sense that he chooses that one every single time. Then him asking fans for pictures? It's just all very weird.

I don't think it's surprising that he frequents this place right now. He's got an album out, he needs to be out and about to be seen, recognised and pictured. Fans knows he goes there and he knows if he goes there he might run into some fans who wants a picture. He won't spend money on paps if his pics aren't going to make the papers. Organic fan interactions are a good way to do promo, and a way to engage his fandom in his situation. I don't think he's ever been there without us getting a fan taken pic of him there.
