to be fair, meadow isn't entirely sure what brought the words on. but the time spent with a'byssel hasn't been unpleasant. not in the least, actually. so what seems a natural end to their short-lived companionship ( though, somehow, she doubted he'd call it that ) has her hesitant to part ways just yet.
