my best guess is that tonight's flare up was caused by yesterday's 3 hour exercise? like there were moments where i could hardly catch my breath and also moments where i was absolutely panicking and actually got hurt so i figure that's why im feeling like this now

#like i had to do a somersault and a cartwheel and i used to be great at both but like i havent done it in years #so i landed on my back more than a few times #also had to do a headstand (if thats what it's called) and i kept falling and the teacher held my legs up and randomly let go #it was absolutely terrifying tbh #i dont think humans are made to keep our entire bodyweight on our head for multiple seconds #at least im not so let's not judge that okay
