ive released 2 poetry collections i run a largely successful poetry blog and id be the first person to say that i do not enjoy or understand the vast majority of poetry
#i tried reading some the other day!#nope! dont get it!!!!#i went to a library and a bookstore#did not understand. im not#i dont wanna spend 40 minutes deciphering what u fuckin meant#the point of poetry for me. is to name something unnamable#or to provide clarity#i hate poetry that does neither#i hate poems that just sound pretty#waste of fucking ink
