Thoughts on Silent Hill announcements?

My thoughts are that if it's going to be Bloober Team, Bloober Team had BETTER give me Pyramid Head Wall Bonk x7 and that is the only way they can get me to tentatively edge out from my corner and accept kibble from them like an abused dog.

#Silent Hill #jokes aside #there is technically nothing stopping anybody from making a faithful and interesting SH2 remake #that understands and builds on the source material in an accurate and enjoyable way #the exact same way that there's technically nothing stopping anybody from making a faithful movie adaptation #(because the stories are perfectly translatable to the film medium and there's no reason to mangle them like the movies have lmfao)#I just uh #don't expect that to actually happen #konami has given me no reason to think that the people making decisions actually understand or care #about what made the original stories and characters compelling #for the past like 7-8 years (??? time isnt real idk)#been burned too many times to have much hope that they'll get it right at this point #Silent Hill f looks interesting #i doubt it will really uh embody SH as a series but it looks far-removed enough from the canon that i'm not really bothered by that #AU Where It's Japan is an acceptable premise for a spinoffs #someone mentioned a Mira plush #i want a Mira plush
