they don’t know im thinking about all the different Torment Nexuses (torment nexii?) i can put my ocs into
#i’ve been trying to write a scene where aria discovers who she used to be for like. days now#and on the side im also thinking about putting anith in a hall of mirrors type thing#except the mirrors are all of the ways pebs life could’ve gone#bc. like. crags (aniths species) pronouns are determined by their age and profession#peb/pebs are the pronouns of a young scientist#and anith is young but anith is an avenger now. a warrior. peb doesn’t get to be a scientist anymore#and there’s like. Ceremonies you need to do to get your pronouns changed#by all rights anith shouldn’t be using the pronouns peb is but peb has still never taken the time to go back to the island and change them#i feel like it’d be a semi subversive trope in Crag tragedies to have a character traveling with the wrong pronouns#bc the symbolism
