Makoto finally addresses the girl - she looks young, too young to be hanging out in a shady area like this, that's for sure. The only reason he was here was because he knew that nobody was going to talk if they saw him doing something suspicious, so it was a good place to meet with people when trying to gather essential materials to his plans that he couldn't get elsewhere, like chloroform - or, in some cases, find new allies. Troubled, down-on-their-luck people were often the easiest to manipulate, after all. He wasn't sure to think of this girl yet, though...
