#i get capitalism pushes the mindset but like. y'all would really be more prepared to have people starve to 'teach them a lesson' instead of-#teaching them the ways to gain independence and supporting that#even if it means yr kid doesn't move out for a while#so many people shouldn't have kids#'animals out in the wild do all the time' okay but we've been given the brain capacity to make a different choice.#we're not purely instinctive creatures#that argument is tired as fuck#there is independence to a fault. we are each our own person and we need the basics#but we can also not live without the aid of others#wiz shut up
