I'm excited to give my coworkers their Christmas bags this week! In addition to the gingerbread pancake mix (complete with a tiny jar of molasses in case they don't have any at home) they're getting a mini fruitcake, a jar of applebutter made from the apples we harvested from our own trees, and some beef jerkey bites.

#christmas #christmas gifts #im so pleased with how the pancake mix turned out!#i had a different gingerbread pancake recipe but when we made it yesterday it was...not great #edible #and not awful #but i didnt bother putting the leftovers away #so today i took my regular pancake recipe #looked at my gingerbread recipe and scaled the spices down (pancake recipe calls for 1c flour gingerbread calls for 5)#and made my own recipe #it was a winner!
