one of my cousins was cracking gender jokes about how I dress when we took my sister and her boyfriend to the mall and it was funny as hell!!! and I have to go back. to america after this?? screaming.

#i hate how american/anglosphere centric definitions of gender have become some kind of weird baseline for all of it #but im not getting into that rn. instead im just. bite maim kill. bc i can't use the actual term i identify with #without spending six hours explaining the class intersection of it #and thats ANNOYING. i want to stay where my cousin will good naturedly give me shit for not wearing certain types of clothes #but like. in a way where its funny. you know. like you get it. i get it it! we both get the subtext #if someone who was not a friend did this in america i'd rip out their kneecaps immediately
