#i have my first ever psychiatrist appt tomorrow and im mad scared that like im literally fine#not like i want to mentally ill or neurodivergent for any mal intended reasons i just am sure that how i am#and how i feel is atypical and because of brain chemistry#and if there's nothing different about me like I don't know what to bc im struggling and have been for years#and if it can't be better than this then i don't know what to do#im so afraid that i won't know how to explain my symptoms and what i think is going on properly#and she'll just think im faking or say there's nothing wrong with me#even though my therapist agreed when i asked her and told her#and im afraid i wont be able to afford any medication#im afraid that my mom's going to be in the room with me and she'll talk over me like she always does and I'll get misdiagnosed#bc i wont be able to tell her about anything#im just!!! doing that thing where bc i don't know how it works im just so fucking afraid and it'll probably be okay#but i don't know and anxiety hellbrain is !!#if anyone wants to share their experiences via dm or anything that'd be rly helpful i dont know what to do and id like to have smth in mind
