they gave me my first backend feature at work after 2.5 years at this job doing only frontend because i prefer it and im the only person on my team who does and im Not Having A Fun Time and every time i complain to someone and go "haha i was right about not liking backend!" they go "ah yeah the thing is the feature u are working on? it's hard."
