#the monkees#mike nesmith#that’s my girl right there#lookit that pretty face#i just made my dad listen to ALL of both magnetic south and infinite Rider#he was a little confused#but this is payback for him making me sit through every Dream Theater album and a bunch of interviews#nothing against dream theater they’re a very very good band#but there’s only so much obscure prog one can take#after like nine hours of the same band#because i just want to listen to rush and genesis and magellan in my prog-filled father car rides#so he gets to sit through Nez#he did not immediately take to beauty and the magnum force and lucy and ramona and sunset sam :(#aka my friends#my best friends#gotta work on him some more
