kind of both...?? i see riza as your typical neglected kid... she can be shy and recluded but self sufficient...! with dirty clothes that don't fit, and carrying a shotgun bigger than herself which can make her look kinda feral but once you get to know her you realize shes just usually minding her own business and is actually pretty timid :) it's moe
