gotta love working in tech
“learn how to code” they said. so i did.
and now i get to watch all my friends get laid off day after day, while i sit and wait for my turn with massive amounts of survivor’s guilt
#‘just get a new job’ BUT WHEREEEEE ITS THE ONLY THING I CAN DO AND EVERY COMPANY IS LAYING OFF THE STAFF THEY HAVE#i need more languages under my belt but i can’t focus on learning them when i live in a state of anxiety and impending doom#i live in bumfuck nowhere so i have to wfh too and that’s just becoming less and less of a thing#world’s on fire how bout yours
