watching rylee be a pro on dwts makes me want kids like ruby castro and taylor m to be pros too so we can all just appreciate these dancers do their thing for a long time

I feel like arm/hand movement is so neglected in the comp world:( Its all either super stiff (bc kids r told to hold their arms in position as strong as possible, esp. when turning, and they aren't taught the difference btwn strong and stiff) or those ballroom-like broken wrist hands for jazz...I'd love to see more soft, expressive, intentional arm/hand movement

i mean idk what country ur from but what ive sort of gathered is that america just has some differences in technique especially with a lot of arm movements and placements idk
