i have to talk about my imodna thoughts with someone and this seems like a great option: it's WILD to me that laura and marisha set out to be only best friends from the start of the campaign. because every episode since the first, I love to watch laura's body language and microexpressions, and sure, I can see what I want to see, but there are so many times I could pinpoint that laura was so immersed that even SHE didn't understand that imogen was pining for laudna in minor and random passing moments. i love it. i love it so much. it really did come organically.

it is SO insane and incredibly funny to think about how they didn’t plan it yet created one of the most beautifully compelling romances i’ve ever seen. I absolutely love the fact that it developed organically too. laura really experienced all of that gay panic through imogen in real time and then proceeded to make the most deranged gay choices she could make for the rest of the episodes.
