experiencing a weird as fuck form of artblock where i can start/sketch things as much as i want, but never finish them
#i am not exaggerating when i say i have at least eight drawings on the go rn that got halfway through the lineart then i put down#more than half of them are commissions#the rest are just me going 'okay so comms isnt working. maybe i can do personal art to get over it then work my way up' no lmao#as soon as i start having to put the effort in or think about it too hard my brain flakes out#like i have finished 1 or 2 but they were very rough/werent my best work like i wouldnt feel good abt doing that for other people.#and then i feel GUILTY and it gets WORSE#i prolly just need to chill out and experiment a little til my art brain resets or whatever but hgrhgr. i dont want it to take foreverrr
