#auropost#i don't even regret it#i got into it without even having seen the movie#because people were doing a really high production coordinated zombie au with their askblogs#and the characters were so divorced from the original media that i thought they were ocs#in they end they literally did just become ocs and that's what i stuck around for#i talk about this every chance i get but like#it was an amazing experience to be in a fandom made up entirely of original characters!#where you could interact with both the characters and their creators#i made an askblog too cuz i loved to rp and the experience pivoted me towards writing my own stories#i truly cannot understate the artistic growth the onceler fandom gave me hgjhsjfsj#cringe is dead break the chains that bind you etc etc
