#i was watching the bresson film last night and ohhh my god the corruption of the grail quest #LOVE LOVE LOVE 'do you think this is a punishment from god?' DELICIOUS #to go in search of the grail is to be holy and you should want to be holy but god say 'hey! fuck off!' and what now!!!!!!!!!!#to be clear god is not in this movie even remotely but im using it as commentary on all the stuff about the later quest cycles that i find #personally annoying and kind of teeth gnashing to read about #anyway lancelot and gawain should fuck. if you're going to give a man gifts like that you should also kiss him a bit
