I GOT FUCKING CAUGHT AT ULTA AND NOW HAVE PENDING ASSAULT AND FELONY CHARGES story timeeeeee Im so fucking shook you guys god damn Okay so i was going christmas lifting and brought my brother with me and he doesnt lift but knew i was going to. So we made a few stops successfully. All christmas gifts for the fam too 💟 Any way then we get to ulta and i was going to walk out with the bag. My brother felt sketch so he wanted to walk out separately- i should've trusted his intuition. I dont see him so i proceed to walk out alone like i have before, a little ways out the door i hear "shes got a bag!" Im like shit keep walking then theyre still yelling so i started running, digging for my keys and i cant feel them in my coat pocket and was fumbling out of fear. I ran past my car so they wouldnt know which one was mine then stopped to search for my keys. I thought i left them in the fkn store!!! Finally i found them deep in my pocket. Then they come running. Two women catch up to me and GRAB me and an altercation began. I tried to say "im sorry take the stuff and ill go" they said no and continued to try and take my purse amd the ulta bag back. Then this bitch POURED HER COFFEE ALL OVER ME!!! It got on her too but still. The woman behind me fell down after trying to tug on the bags. I SWEAR one of them hit me first so i straight up started fighting her. Got 3 good hits to her face then kicked her fat stomache to get her off me. I feel the woman on the ground behind me grab my phone from my pocket and i turned around and kicked her in the face pretty hard. They got my purse and phone so i had no choice but to walk back into the store w them. My poor brother saw everything but strayed away. It was crazy. They called the cops and were around me like an angry mob. Refused let me use my phone to call my mom so he had a ride home (hes a minor im not). After 45 min of waiting the cops havent showed up, an employee finally lets my bro use her phone. Of course not without adding "dont let her get near it" and glared at me lol. My mom got there before the cops and asked for the manager and she came out being overly nice saying i wasnt being detained and got my name amd address. Then we left!!!! I thought i was going to fucking jail. Itll probably catch up to me later but i will handle it then. Ulta employees aren't allowed to chase out of the store therefore the assault charges should be dropped (with a good lawyer at least) and the shop lifting om not sure about because they never gave me a total but i am sure it was over 500 which is a felony level. I am BLESSED to not be in jail rn...... I prob wont be stealing for a good while. But here is what i got before i was caught...
