rewatched ‘imperfection’ tonight + there’s just sooooo much going on in that episode like …. 😵💫😵💫😵💫
#olivia watches voyager#the b7 of it all with seven escaping away to engineering#+ b’elanna’s softness with her through that whole scene 🥲#janeway ….. janeway…..!#ready to infiltrate an active borg cube + remove a cortical node from an ALIVE drone#if it would save seven#i’m not even gonna go into the whole scene where seven thinks janeway’s so unable to accept her dying bc she thinks she’s failed#to meet her expectations#whilst janeway’s being SOOO loud about why she’s refusing to accept seven dying as a possibility#AND……. icheb .#i’m like 89% sure if icheb was the first borg they’d recovered rather than seven#janeway would absolutely not have been able to handle him#the scene where they realise he’s removed his cortical node himself#to put them all in a position where seven will HAVE to take it#insane!#his + seven’s connection is so…… and i’m so……#and i very much hate the fact that they’re never going to be able to explore that further in canon now
