I made the mistake of ordering from a Chinese indie brand that wasn't one of the ones I usually order from and ignored the rating of it. ;-;

I'm really regretting doing that because these dresses are so bad. They're def still wearable but the quality is not as high as I'd like. What's worse is that I bought a size up so the OP is super baggy on me and almost not salvageable. I might have to sell it. The JSK isn't that bad but it's still baggy and the quality is way better on it, weirdly enough. But it was damp when it arrived, fortunately the dye didn't run into the ivory parts.

#lilac talks #its really bizarre how different the quality is on the two #the OP's waistband button came right off when I went to tighten it and there are red penmarks on it where they attached the buttons #the JSK seems fine for now #but it's a shame that I bought it too big #i might take it in somehow since it's easier to alter than the OP #but the lace on the bottom looks handcut and a lot of points were missed #i'll stick to the higher ranked indie brands on Taobao from now on
