Finally playing FFXVI and the thought that I cannot get out of my head is "why are you all so obsessed with fighting each other and being mean when your world is SO FUCKING PRETTY"

#this is my first ps5 game so that might have something to do with it #but genuinely some of these places make these conflicts feel meaningless to me #so. props to the environment team i guess #more seriously i'm actually surprised how much i'm enjoying it #the marketing made me want to stay far away from it but it just reminds me of XII #and it's very well made #i'm enjoying the experience of playing it but i have pretty low emotional attachment to anything going on #but not every game has to be life changing #ffxvi #we'll see if that changes #but like #seriously. go sit by a river or watch a sunset and maybe you'll calm down
