R O A S T • C H I C K E N | This was one of the easiest, but also most difficult things I’ve ever done in the kitchen. Utterly nerve wracking, as a first timer. I can’t wait to do it again!!. I picked up a whole chicken to roast and to make #bonebroth with. The broth is still doing it’s brothy thing in the slow cooker, & the chicken, itself, came out beautifully. I paired it with sautéed spinach and toasted pine nut couscous for dinner last night.
