<left> February 28, 2015 I was 193lbs. I didn't care about what I ate and ate constantly. I dod enjoy going for walks, participating in runs and was out and about, but my health was my last concern. I didn't realize how much weight I put on after some things occurred in my life. --- <middle> May 5, 2016 I was down to 163lbs. I was eating better and being more active. Then in October 2016 I started paying attention to what I'm eating and I was working out a lot. I was drinking more water and working hard, going to the gym 3-4 times a week. --- <right> Today May 9, 2017, I got on the scale and I weigh 142lbs. Over the past year my weight has fluctuated so much. I haven't been to the gym since December 2016. I've always struggled with my weight and it's a daily struggle for many personal reasons. The weight I am at now I may not have been too healthy with getting there but I'm starting to be able to finally stand looking at myself in the mirror. Mood disorders and stress really can really put a hindrance on your life, your strive to be something more and your encouragement to do better. They can seem like they are taking over your life. I feel good about myself, I am finally content with the way I look and would like to loose more, but I wanna get back into the gym again and do it right. I have always looked for someone to push me and give me the motivation to go to the gym and work hard to see results, but in reality I'm doing this for me and I need to look for the motivation within myself. I will get to where I want to be, while working on my happiness, healthy habits and confidence. I will continue to tell myself, " I will feel normal again and beat all these internal struggles I have been with every day for the past several years". I am not perfect and I know I will fall, but I will get back up again. ********** You don't really know what someone is going through and just one simple compliment can make a difference and encourage a change.
