I've seen posts like "who would make the most sense to do X questline if the Dragonborn didn't" (I think @/incorrectSkyrimQuotes??) and I want to pose a weird AU

A crazy swap au where the character you'd last expect gets roped into doing any given faction questline/ main quest because of wild circumstances/mix-ups
