O desafio de lidar com culturas diferentes já vinha de quando era professor de Artes na Inglaterra. Entre os alunos de Sean na ocasião, estava uma das filhas do ex-primeiro-ministro trabalhista Tony Blair (1997-2007).

“Trabalhei em uma escola com alunos de 60 nacionalidades diferentes, inclusive refugiados e filhos de imigrantes. Tive de pesquisar a arte em outras partes do mundo para não ser uma espécie de doutrinador, que apresenta apenas a história da arte do homem branco”, conta, em entrevista ao Money Lab.

Introduction

The Overseas Family School is a private international school established in 1991.

The coeducational day college-preparatory school use the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) to teach students at the nursery level, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for Grades 1 to 5, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) to provide broad learning to students in Grades 6-12.

Admission Process and Admission Calendar

Students seeking entry into OFS will have to register online.

Prospective students will be contacted by the OFS admissions office for further instructions after submitting the form.

OFS runs a year-round open enrollment admissions policy.

The school year runs from August to June

Eligibility Criteria
