My student refund and paycheck deposited and uh. I have more money at this point in time than I've ever had to my name.

Just. Kinda stunned to see that amount of money in my bank account. For once. I can't go wild or anything lol bc that would still tear through it but I don't have to worry about bills as long as I don't spend from the account dedicated to it. That's. Fucking WILD.

#it's $3153 which isnt a ton but like. to me that IS a ton.#I've never had $3000 to my name before. and about $725-50ish??? is bills #but $1800 is set aside as savinga for the hotel room at dragoncon rn (which doubles as a big emergency fund)#and $400 for emergency funds. i have 200 something in my “spendinf” account and im debating putting another $100 into that savings. unsure.#i might not tho #bc gas is like $25ish per fill up usually and i have to do that at least twice a week usually #so i need to leave that alone probably #assistant managwr pay is Wild apparently and lowkey this is on the low end #like my hours since this paycheck have been a lot higher and like. we had a solid weekend for once so uh.#lowkey wouldnt be surprised if my next paycheck is over $1000 after taxes.#which would be insane. even seejnf my last paycheck was surreal bc its the second or third time in almost 3 years ive made that much on ONE.#for that to become a Regular thing or even just $900+ every time is honestly going to relieve so much stress.#if its over $1000 consistently i might be able to afford rent. not somewhere thats the nicest but. still.#the possibility is a lot closer than it used to be.
