going crazy bc adopts can be so toxic to neurodivergent people if you don't take care of yourself!
#guyz..........pls remember to do stuff like track your spending#& work on your FOMO if you're prone to impulse buying#adopts are really awesome but it's important to check in with yourself & ask yourself WHY you like them & WHY you buy them#it's literally so easy to develop a spending problem in these spaces if you're not careful!#if you struggle with this; u legit need to consider taking steps to remedy the situation#like unfollow artists even if u adore them#maybe even block people if you really need to#or block websites/apps that trigger your impulses#i'm js..letting these problems spiral can fuck up ur mental health real bad#feel free to share these tags to anyone who needs them. i just didnt wanna make a long serious post...#these tips are things that have helped ME take back control btw#not trying to be condescending here; i am literally speaking from my own experience & observation of others
