Genuinely fucked up that I cant even ask for comfort from the people closest to me when I'm feeling this fucking bad, when all I need is somebody to at least hold my hand and ground me when I cant do it by myself anymore

#my mom doesn't know how to comfort people she just tries to fix your problem and make you feel stupif #and my dad doesnt comfort he starts preaching at you #my mom has hugged me ONE time in the entirety of my life after I started school #its like the minute we could consciously ask for affection she stopped #and my dad is overly affectionate in such a selfish way i cant even beging to describe #like its so funny that they still wonder why my emotions are so extreme and never in an inbetween why i dont like asking for help #like jesus i wonder fucking why #im absolutely sure theyre both hearing me sob thinking im being difficult rn lmao #god i really should just die
