#laughing (derogatory)#like. im fine. really.#but also can all the health things not attack me at once#this migraine needs to END#and what the fuck is up with my appetite being insanely ravenous even though i have definitely been eating#and the fatigue#and the nighttime seizures that were happening a few days back#im already depressed and undiagnosed neurodivergent can't it just stop there#now imx getting nauseous make it stoppppp#my work benefits start in literally one week why can't my body wait until then so i can see a doctor#also why aren't the meds working 😭#ill be okay#i have to be okay#im so tired
