Also like. If the general malaise could stop so I could go work out again. I'm sure my brain would be less Bad
#im falling apart if its not one thinf its another#its been TWO WHOLE WEEKS#and will probably be another whole week#and the brain is itchy#but its one sickness and another injury flare up etc etc etc#i just. need to be able to push myself to my limits in order to experience catharsis#but i know if i push too hard I'll injure myself worse#also it is dark and cold and i get back from work and am exhausted
