also been struggling again with allowing myself to rest ... had a lot of plans today that went awry. getting that Anxiety of not feeling like i accomplished much of anything on my days off despite that not being true

#[static]#i did quite a lot on my weekend! doc appointments medicine pick up i cleaned and cooked a whole cake and a pot pie #i played games with my husband! i wrote several thousand words for my campaigns #i think its cuz today all ive had a chance to do was take care of the poor bird i found in that bag and then nap during the hottest portion #of the day ... it was so hot and our a/c hasnt been accessed for the summer time yet #i really wanted to work on some maps / do some more writing for our 15th session on monday and since i havent been feeling up for it #im feeling like Anxious jfhd productivity is dumb and unlearning this mindset has taken me the better part of several years #and we are still in it babey ... at least i can tell when im acting like that
