im not usually one for herbal remedies but color me surprised that ginger works so well for motion sickness
#speak friend and enter#im impressed ngl. i got some ginger gum and chewed it during my ballet class#we did a bunch of soutenus which normally make my head feel like it's about to break open (thanks zoloft) but i didn't get dizzy at all!!#it's a bit pricey but the pack i got has like 24pcs in it so it should last a while
