this last lil dbt lesson pissed me off lol. it's just so incredibly invalidating. and even tho I guess the way I function is not good, it's for good reason. idk maybe I shuld start ******* again

#im not allowed to be reactive like everyphuckingbody else in the world...#so i internalize things. feels responsible but yeah its corrosive af #i got a cortisol belly and barely there enamel on my teeth #it takes it's toll #ultimately a power and control issue #i feel like i yield so little in my life (my fault fully)#yet im a strictly assertive person #its like an assertive person living a passive life?#idk im well intended and highly efficient #a super convenient person to have on ur side im also loyal af #but i do little to take care of me #i guess #there's no earthly way of knowing....
