watching tv in catalan is so trippy. why do they speak like that
#the tv accent sounds so fake to me....#its always shocking when someone from the east comes here and speaks... wheres my beloved ɛ... when will she come back from war....#it almost feels like a foreign language sometimes im not gonna lie ok.#im so detatched from the standard dialect and i only hear western accents that hearing bcn accent is like. ow. my ears#i dont have anything personal against eastern dialect speakers of course. its all just jokes. but it still shocks me to core every time lma#and to think that i spent so much time w my cousins as a kid that my mom said that in some words i had a bcn accent show through....#z xarre
