yes, while i don't usually like miscommunication tropes and i hope you besties aren't hating it, i think it's something that given certain people and their personalities, could happen. like the reason i wrote it the way i did is because i could 100% see neteyam be the person that never speaks about what bothers him and just retreats within himself, which can lead to situations like this. my heart hurts for both of them cause they've both had to suffer for pretty much no reason and 'm sure neteyam's kicking himself so much rn (at least in regards to jake's deal)

-I know, on a meta level the showrunners probably wanted to just reset things to the status quo of him having a secret identity. But. We've been doing that for (2) seasons, I'd love if season 3 could be like, his parents adjusting to this and trying way harder to learn more and accept it (and the shenanigans that could come from that) and for fun, if he didn't wipe the students memories, it could be him being popular for a while, then everyone slowly realizing, oh, he's still Danny. Like. he might have ghost powers but hes Just The Same Guy instead of putting him on a pedestal (and seeing them all try and help him hide it from the giw/people who don't know!!)

-fuck they didn't even explain WHY he wiped everyone except sam, tucker and jazz's memories. he just Did It right when his parents were saying they loved/accepted him!! and sam and tucker didnt question it at all!!! HELLO??? very annoyed about this turn of events.

so I think of myself as one of the biggest riverdale fans because I am obsessed with the show and the cast BUT...

season 1 was amazing. fell in love with plot/characters/relationships...

season 2 was meh... I never really admitted but I hated the plot, the drama, I am not the biggest fans of choni (sorryyyyyy), hate varchie (now in season 3 Im starting to like them, I feel kinda sorry gor them) and bughead had some wtf going on drama... AND the ending whaaaat, bh hal? d o e s n’ t m a k e s e n s e

season 3. I saw one episode guys ONE episode and I hate it... wtf gargoyle king, farm cult (wtf is going with alice), mr. glass, sweet pee & josie (nope) BUT also I don’t like bughead moments. I’m sorry everybody I really am, but to me they are just awkward and reaaly weird (betty standing up to jug about serpent and he being mad but then in one second he being smug proud ass?, he comforting her about medication but just saying betty.......... its going to be okay. HER FATHER IS A SERIAL KILLER, her mom and sister are in a cult, her bff is going to jail and you say is going 2 b ok, thanks a lot.
