#timetrialtuesday back at my last race #im703loscabos. I’m holding onto my front hydration here after it bounced loose in the first five miles of the ride. I let go at the first aid station and spent the rest of the race with a bottle of Gatorade down my tri top. I talked about rolling with little hiccups like this in last weeks @ironwomen_podcast. Love ending the season at #im703loscabos and happy with how my race unfolded. With the final race of the year looming this weekend at #im703loscabos I’ve been reflecting on the journey a lot. One goal for the year was to be careful with my nutrition, training and use of a breast pump to be able to continue breastfeeding throughout G’s first year. And we made it! She’s down to two nursing sessions a day, so I’m way less attached to my pump and that’s made it easier the last month or so. #trimom #breastfeeding #raceweek #momswhotri #oneyearlater
