It's kinda long one aaaand my English isn't that good so I might have troubles with details but:

CEO!Jin or Namjoon, but I think that Jin would be better, explanation why further with Female Y/N which is his Personal Asisstant (let's write PA for short). Y/N would be after studies and absolutely love to work in big company/corpo. Jin needed specific PA, becsuse he is strict and has high standards.

Y/N is shy, bookworm introvert with a few friends but enjoy spending time alone. She is obedient and innocent - can take care of guests waiting for Jin, receiving calls and writing back polite emails.

She is very timid, hardworking and dedicated also like planning and having everything in order etc. So Y/N has no problems with organising Jin's day, meetings, schedule, bringing and organising papers. She is always prepared.

Anf that is preson which Jin need, also she passed long recruiting process and job interview so Jin know a lot about Y/N - like she is living alone, single and someone calm. He is cold and hardworking also, he is expecting his PA to be able to search for him something in late hours, to work to late hours with him or not.

That is why Y/N is perfect for his PA and he is noticing that. (At this point this idea can be about Yandere!CEO!Jin it's free choice, but has potential.) All Y/N wants is to work good, so she is slowly letting Jin more invade her life and personal space. He is demanding to bring some doc to his apartment or mansion or even to office after she has eneded work, even in weekend.

Also I think Jin would be cold but fair - if she is doing something good or think ahead he will praise her and has no problem with that. He is possessive - none can ask Y/N to do something which isn't connected to him.

He is taking Y/N in all important meetings and presentations. Usually have her prepare some things for him during or before. Imagine if his company has talks/ngeotiations with another company and their CEO is impressrd with Y/N hardworking and preparations (we can stated that she is working for Jin year or so and this would be not first meeting with that CEO) and Jin is becoming like "yes I have the best workers" with geniue praise and coldly towards this CEO.

About smut? I am not the best in that for me it's always optional in fics but I think that Jin can call Y/N ordering to bring some papers to his mansion/apartment during weekend and ofc she has time and he is knowing that so, she would simple agree and come.

Y/N might be always impressed how collected and profesional Jin is and always admire his for his hardwork and handling whole company (and being WWH but it's a secret). If smut would happen I think she would see herself not worthy for having him and slight scarred what that would mean for them as boss-employee.

Along with some details - I think Jin would be fair when it comes to salary, breaks during a work and sickleaving. Like when it come to work you need to give 100% but if you are in need its okay and I am appreciate your effort, then small fast smile.
