About a month ago @lali_lion and I decided we were going to do something bold... something we're both insanely scared of doing. We decided to join a 2 month workshop that prepares you to sing in front of a live audience of hundreds of people. Neither one of us claims to be an amazing singer (even though you'll come to find Lali is beyond talented), but we decided to do this for us because we don't believe fears should ever hold you back in life. I personally believe this world is full of joy but it's always on the other side of fear and working through those fears provides endless amounts of joy and if nothing else an amazing story. So that's what we're doing for the next two months. It's already been incredibly intense, so many emotions are brought to the surface about underlying insecurities and learning things about yourself that you never knew. I'm so proud to be on this journey with one of my closest friends and I wholeheartedly hope that you all will join us on this journey towards conquering a crazy fear. Our big performance will be on June 11th at the Carlsbad Theatre. I'll have the link to purchase tickets ($15) in my bio and we'd love to see you there! We're so nervous but excited to perform for you guys and fingers crossed we'll be able to blow you away... but if nothing else hopefully just to inspire more people to push for more in life and follow your dreams.
