i'm ok with any timeline theory as long as stranger things doesn't end with a "going back to the way it was (i.e. the night of "it was a seven") and everything goes right (will isn't kidnapped/the UD doesn't exist etc.)"... like i don't like when stories make it like everything that happened didn't happen and everything is alright. it feels so unsatisfying. characters not remembering things. what was all that growth for. yeah. (but they won't because it's silly)

#personal #my st talks #for example in fringe timeline is reset and no one remembers peter and it's ok... but for olivia it isn't and she remembers him and that #makes sense bc it's like. Romantic Love #and it would feel so cheap if she didnt remember you know? bc of emotional ties and fans having feels for those characters #in a sense timeline reset or other things would be fun in st as long as it's treated right bc it's one of my fave trope #(i really like birthdaygate for example even if it's sadic i think there are too many hints for it not being likely)
