probably a very cold take but. i wish they'd killed more major characters in ffxiv
#ffxiv#like. nanamo should've stayed dead#in endwalker 'in from the cold' someone should've died OR be badly injured#in endwalker again. in the end. someone should've died#shadowbringers also could've been a good point to do it#idk it's not that i WANT any of the main characters dead but it feels weird#when so many minor characters die or. like raubahn or arenvald. lose something#but all scions are fine?#even y'shtola's sight loss doesn't seem to bother her all that much?#idk again. just everything feels kinda low stakes. and the stakes get lower and lower as the story progresses
