bawling my eyes out bc the only man in my family who actually wanted a daughter got a son
#hurghhh#not saying he doesn't love his kid he does#every single child from my fathers side (which is the only side I really know) has mostly only had daughters#but i just overheard my mother right now#apparently while my aunt was pregnant he got me a doll#the only issue was i never really liked dolls and neither did my sister#so i never played with it#knowing what i know now i probably would've appreciated the gesture more#oh my god wait#you can edit tags in browser after you've hit enter#sorry got off track#you gotta understand#in hispanic households sons are a lot more yknow. they're treated better#if he actually wanted a daughter#:(#god gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers#and it's definitely not me#cnp rants
