pros of gabapentin: way less pain

cons of gabapentin: about every two weeks my body forgets how digesting food works and my energy levels ping pong in a mildly disturbing and highly dysfunctional manner

#in the last two hours i went from fine -> absurdly low blood sugar -> overly full and nauseated -> hungry to point of dizzy again but still #nauseated -> okayish but still kinda dizzy. and on none of these occasions did i overeat or starve myself by any objective measure #the best thing to do is to try and maintain the best happy medium possible. eat small amounts and ride the wave #but damn it sucks.#txt
