This is SMD Planetary Gearbox SPF 60 is specially developed for Indexing machines. This Planetary Reducer has Sealed shut design with no maintenance required and is lubricated for lifetime. This Gearbox uses Cross Roller Bearing and is especially used to withstand heavy loads by distributing the force all across the flange.

This video consist of Assembly of electric motor to SMD Planetary Gearbox where a details of inner parts of the Gearbox can be seen and the working of Gearbox is explained. Here we can observe how the Gearbox works after coupling with motor and how the motor RPM is reduced at the output. Inline reduction of the rotational movement can be observed and is explained in this video.

 Selection criteria of Motor according to Gearbox Size.

For, 50 to 100 watt motor we select Size 40

100 to 400 watt motor we select Size 60

400 to 700 watt motor we select size 90

750 to 1500 watt motor we select size 120

1500 to 2000 watt motor we select size 150

2000 to 7000 watt motor we select size 180

7000 to 1100 watt motor we select size 220
