almost halfway done reading Utopia. the things i do for theories and lore
#its good to read until moore is a hypocritical dipshit#which could in itself be a criticism of utopia if the whole books purpose is such#but i still dislke it#‘yeah the amaurotines were never unhappy or unfulfilled also they regulated all unpleasant activities to slaves’#‘and they werent allowed to leave their cities without a passport and permission’ hmm#interesting to see how ff writers took bits and pieces of this for their amaurot#tho that sort of sentiment is still there but quite watered down in the existance of familiars#also i only read this book at 2 am trying to sleep on my phone. cant focus on it any other time
